I thought I’d forget you....
As days passed along....
But noticed a strangeness....
A teardrop – gone wrong....
It can’t be the onion....
That waters my eye....
And donkeys aren’t wont....
To cause one to cry....
But still it’s a mystery....
And pleasant surprise....
To recall you to memory....
With tears in my eyes....
