‘Twas simply done to compensate....

The State of Georgia’s fear....

But somehow legislators here....

Had seized upon my bill....

And it was used to motivate....

Some legislative thrill....

This year we see the ultimate....

In legislative lore....

Amending turns the Bill of Peace....

Into a Bill of War....
