Each lover’s heart can be unlocked....

Or any mystery....

And city gates will open wide....

To one who has the key....

Now, I have different keys galore....

They must stretch out for blocks....

Ten thousand keys, if there is one....

But nowhere are the locks....

Today I checked my household keys....

And tested every door....

Of course, none fit, because each matched....

Some door gone long before....

‘Tho I have found with passing years....

My courage grows each day....

I’ll never ever have the nerve....

To throw a key away....
